The founder and organizer of the International Interdisciplinary Boredom Conference held in Warsaw between 2014-2017 (3 editions). Co-organizer of the 4th edition (with Josefa Ros Velasco).
A qualitative sociologist graduated from the University of Warsaw, interested in boredom, sociology of emotions, work, higher education, and creative occupations (ballroom dancers).
In 2019 he defended his PhD thesis titled: „On the Social Significance of Boredom. The Phenomenon of Boredom in the University Milieu” (University of Warsaw).
Scientific editor of the thematic issues on boredom: (1) Stan Rzeczy (11(2)/2016); (2) Maska (36(2)/2018).
Secretary of Zoon Politikon journal since 2019.
